As Lynn’s sister-in-law, she has been a student of Lynn’s approach to parenting and emotional management even before she was a mom. Then Lynn had a front row seat at the birth of both her children as her doula.

She’s the founder of Luxe Recess, a family travel magazine and a travel advisor who specializes in designing stress-free, joyful family vacations.

Lynn Lyons is a psychotherapist, author and speaker who has been in private practice for 30 years in New England. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders in adults and children.

She travels globally as a speaker and trainer on the subject of anxiety, its role in families, and the need for a preventative approach at home and in schools.

She’s been featured in the New York Times, Good Morning America, Oprah Daily, Time, The Atlantic, the Washington Post, Reader’s Digest, Psychology Today, The Psychotherapy Networker, and numerous radio and TV broadcasts.

Her fourth book, The Anxiety Audit is available now.
