Life changing

This podcast has helped me better understand my 10 and 12 year old children's anxiety, as well as my own. Lynn gives actionable strategies that really work on anxious kids. I now have a whole new way to speak to my kids when anxious moments come up. My kids are medicated for anxiety, which definitely helped, but Lynn's strategies were the missing link that have helped get my kids to that next level of getting their anxiety under control.
