Hands down THE best!

I rarely write reviews, but this podcast deserves all the praise it can get! I discovered this podcast through another trusted podcast I regularly listen to, and I knew I had to give it a try. Since then, it’s one of my absolute favorite ones and I’ve learned so much, not only about managing my older son’s anxiety but also about understanding my very own anxiety better. Last weekend, we went skiing, and my son was refusing, as expected, to go down the big hill. I knew he was ready though, and I followed all the advice Lynn has given. And guess what? He did it! And he didn’t want to stop going down the big hill afterwards! Thank you so so much, Lynn (and Robin)! From the bottom of my heart!
